I cant think of any place that has vanilla scented perfume.

It's a warm smell. I have one of my own and absolutely love it. Also, I have the lotion version of this, and I think it's exactly what you're looking for:

The ';sandalwood'; gives it a warm scent, and it doesn't have any flowery addition to it like the first one. I would highly recommend both. :)
Oh mosdef try Lavanila Laboratories scents from Sephora. Vanilla Grapefruit is my favourite! Srsly, check 'em out.
