What do you think of Vanilla perfume?

I love the scent, and I really want to try it on me, however my mother hate vanilla (probably the minority of opinions) and I am curious as to what other people's opinions are.

it is a very sexy smell, for a day at the beach, but not strong enough for a night out at a club. It is more of a natural smell.
